I’m with you on Mozy. Though I use Macs (;-) I still like the “sleep at night” factor of auto back-up. I’ve got Mozy set up on my desktop to auto backup every night.
And yes, the first time took days–Photoshop and InDesign files are big–but that’s just the first time when everything has to upload. These days, it runs smoothly (most of the time) in background. It also keeps me notified if it is unable to back up. Generally, a system restart fixes this. (It might be a Mac issue.)
